Shipping Policy

Custom Party Favors

All custom party favors are handmade to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

  • Processing Time:
    Current processing time is 3–4 weeks.
  • Proof Approval:
    A design proof will be sent via email approximately 2 weeks prior to your event date.
    Please ensure a valid email address is provided at checkout.
    • Proofs must be approved within 3 days to avoid delays.
    • If no response is received within 3 days, your order will be processed and shipped as is.

  • Rush Orders:
    If you need your order sooner than the stated processing time, a rush fee is required.

    Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability:

  • Shipping Method:
    Selecting Priority or Express shipping will not reduce processing time. It only affects the delivery speed once your order has shipped.

Paper & Supplies

  • Orders for paper and supplies ship within 3–5 business days.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or cancellations
