Shipping and Returns
Most items are handmade to order.
We are currently processing orders for October and beyond. You will receive a proof for approval approximately 2 weeks before your event date. Please make sure you are using a valid email address. The proof needs to be approved within 5 days to prevent delays. If no response after 5 days, product will be sent as is. If you need your items sooner, A RUSH FEE WILL BE REQUIRED, PLEASE MESSAGE US PRIOR TO ORDERING IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS BEFORE JULY.
Priority or express shipping will not speed up the process time, only the time it takes to arrive once shipped.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations.
